Helpful Hints to get the best Hotels:

BOOK EARLY.  As soon as you receive your official email of acceptance into the tournament, apply for your housing.  This will give you more opportunities and options. (you can not apply for housing prior to receiving the acceptance email)

BE FLEXIBLE.  If you have certain things you want (ie. Full service, breakfast included etc) then be flexible on 'distance to the fields' or something else.

BE REALISTIC.  Most people are disappointed when the request they have are unrealistic or extreme.  We will always do our best to match you up with a great hotel... but make sure you are realistic with your request and what you are looking for in a hotel etc.

BE ACCURATE:  Please, be as accurate as possible when requesting your # of rooms!  Overbooking or holding too many rooms prevents other teams from getting them!  Please survey and ask your team ahead of time.. it helps us al in the end.

Tournament Logistics is the exclusive hotel planning & reservations system for all of The Score Tournaments. 

We look forward to another successful tournament with streamlined and simple "booking process" for your hotel reservations for your team, family members and staff. 

Our process is very simple compared to a lot of other large events.  No more "wondering if you will get the hotel you requested" etc.  You are given hotel choices in the order in which you apply for housing.  Once we receive your application we will call you and give you options of hotels that fit the criteria of what you are looking for.  You will then be assigned your hotel right away.  Simple and no more anxious waiting!
