In order to keep our process as streamlined and simple for everyone as possible, we have developed a rooming list form. All teams must use the form (in the link) below. Hotels will have to reject any other rooming list method or form that you submit, so please keep that in mind. Please do not submit your form until it is completed, however it must be done (with the exception of up to two guest player rooms) within the allotted time listed on your housing assignment email.
