By submitting this housing form, you must agree to the following:
1) The team(s) you represent and are applying for housing, have already received an email acceptance letter into the tournament/ showcase. (verbal acceptance is not the same)
2) You agree that you will be responsible for communicating all relevant information, hotel and our housing policies etc to your team parents, players, coaches etc. You will be responsible for collecting rooming list info from your team as well, none of our hotels allow individual reservations from parents or players, all reservations are done via rooming list form.
3) You understand and agree to follow the rules as posted on our website as this is vital to fairly housing all teams.

We ask that you really think about the number of rooms you are requesting before randomly putting in too many and figuring you will have time to change it later. We are receiving a lot of request for 18+ rooms. Please consider this... 12 doubles = 24 beds, every king/single is another bed. So if you are asking for 18 rooms, you are getting at least 30 beds. If you get suites.. there are sleeper sofas as well. The average team (in the end) uses 13.7 rooms per team. We just ask that you do not greatly over-estimate as it will prevent us from providing fair housing to all teams.
