Apply for housing - Please read before proceeding:

*IMPORTANT*  If you apply for housing prior to your team making the tournament registration payment and being formally accepted via email by the event, we will not respond to your request.  You will need to reapply for housing once you have followed the registration payment requirement.

NOTE: Housing is done "per team", if you are taking care of the housing for more than one team, simply fill out a housing application for each one.  No worries, we will still work to keep the teams together.

The magnitude and impact of the tournaments during to the area during are event are huge.  Because of the size of this event, it requires over 8 months of logistics planning on our end prior to the events.  Due to the event size and the amount of teams that must be placed in housing, we have a strict timeline in which everything is done.  We do this in order to provide the best housing options that we can for every team.  We need everyones cooperation with this process.  If ever you need our help, or have any questions along the way.. please do not hesitate to contact us.  The process goes relatively fast, so once you fill out the following form... go ahead and begin gathering all of your team rooming and credit card info so you can "jump the gun" on the process.  Thanks so much for your cooperation in making this a successful event logistically so that you can simply concentrate on the tournament!

By submitting this housing form, you must agree to the following:

1) The team(s) you represent and are applying for housing, have already received an email acceptance letter into the tournament/ showcase. (early verbal acceptance is not the same)

2) You agree that you will be responsible for communicating all relevant information, hotel and our housing policies etc to your team parents, players, coaches etc.  You will be responsible for collecting rooming list info from your team as well, none of our hotels allow individual reservations & billing informaiton from parents or players, all reservations are done via rooming list form. 

3) You understand and agree that you have had the opportunity to read the housing rules (located in the FAQ tab on this site, and agree to follow those rules
